About Our Pastor
Pastor Melinda White
“He hath anointed me and sent me to heal the brokenhearted.” — Isaiah 61
Pastor Melinda White is a preacher and teacher of God’s Word, licensed and ordained by the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World. She has served in detention centers, homeless shelters, and distributes food weekly as part of her calling to serve the community.
She is a certified Christian counselor through Aenon Bible College in Indianapolis, Indiana, and hosts a monthly mental health class entitled “It’s Not Just a Mind Thing.” Pastor White is also the founder of the campus outreach ministry “Appointed”, formed to aid the spiritual growth of college students.
She serves in ministry alongside her husband, Derrick White, affectionately called by parishioners “Overseer White.” Together they are blessed with eight children, many grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
